are consultants both operating our own independent companies with our own specialization, experiences, AND a shared vision of passion for people, service, and quality. Our collaborative approach and combined varied knowledge provide much more than one consultant alone, or another team, could bring. We work as a duo on-site and behind the scenes to give you the advantage of that extra value.

  • Principal of Improvement Solutions (established 1995), now Business Improvement Results
  • Twenty-six year extensive corporate career with Xerox Canada, Ltd., Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce (Intria-HP), and Pink Elephant, N.A.
  • ITIL version 3 Expert certified.
  • Certified Core Competent by McCarthy Technologies, Inc. This means Paul has demonstrated mastery of the Core Protocols, the toolkit of standardized interpersonal behaviors and best practices for results-oriented teamwork.
  • Certified as a Human System Dynamics Professional through the HSD Institute
