Why not arrange for you and your employees to be the best they can be?
SIMPLE RULES AND TOOLS OF GREAT TEAMS IMMERSION
Choose the time and location that works for you!
$3500 for the week
Immerse yourself in the most successful simple rules and tools of over 5000 people on over 300 teams observed in a team "laboratory" for 15 years.
People who participate in this session sometimes have "messy" problems to solve on a team (a group of two or more with a common purpose) that doesn't work well together, is losing its passion, or is stuck.
Our participants have often spent years trying their best to fix their teams, improve communication, and foster collaboration. Despite their best efforts, reading piles of business books, and trying all the best practices they can find, nothing they have tried has stuck. They are frustrated!
But along the way they have seen glimpses of what working on a great team could be like. Passionate? Exciting? Joyful? Inspiring? Wildly successful? They are sure there is a better way of working with others, that teams could be all of those things and more all of the time. At the Great Teams Immersion they discover they are right.
Here there is no "guru" astride the stage asking you to believe a theory. The Simple Rules and Tools are the observed practical behaviours of teams designing, developing and delivering great products, services, strategy on time every time; they are documented, tested by the next teams and refined. We call the simple tools the Core Protocols and you can find the free open source set of living protocols here or at www.liveingreatness.com.
We know you need tools. Specific, actionable tools to get work done. And you just don't have the time or patience to wait for an instructor to eke out wisdom by the coffee spoon. So we give every team everything we know up front. All of it. The experience of every team that has done this session before you is given to you before the session starts.
And then we give you a real project to work on in order to try out the new rules and tools on a real team. Because most of us work in teams in our workplace, the immersion experience is a business simulation. You'll be on a team with busy managers who expect a great product to be delivered in 5 days, and consultants who help the team learn the most effective use of the Simple Rules and Tools when asked.
Your learning is in your control. How much you learn, how fast, with what aim and with whom is entirely up to you. Just like real life. Our involvement is also entirely up to you. In other words, there is no barrier to success that is out of your control.
Finally, when you take the tools back to work and home, we offer phone support. For life. For free.
The successful behaviors of over 300 great teams, in a 5-day business simulation, with a real deliverable to work towards, and support for your self-directed learning during and after the session.
Participants have said this is the greatest learning opportunity they have ever had. What will you think?
Instructors:
Vickie Gray and Paul Reeves together have spent many decades as corporate process engineering and management consultants, leadership coaches, and business management trainers learning, experimenting with everything they could find to help organizations get great results. In their experience the Great Teams approach is the best use of an individual's or organization's time and money. They have lived and worked with the approach for 8 years in their own businesses, and, working with other instructors, have brought it to many teams in many countries.
Don't jump to the conclusion that this experience is only for corporate workgroups. Teamwork is teamwork, even in the slums of Pune, India. Ask Dr. Neela Onawale at Deep Griha.
